Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Hyperfox LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Hyperfox,” “we,” “us”), operates hyperfoxonline.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and your choices. We keep it short because we collect very little.

In short: we collect your email address (and optionally your first name) to tell you when our store opens. We do not sell your information. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on the Site.

1. Information we collect

  • Waitlist details you give us: your email address (required) and your first name (optional).
  • Consent record: the exact consent wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed.
  • Technical information: a hashed, shortened form of your IP address. It is created with a secret key so we cannot turn it back into your IP address. We use it to limit repeated sign-up attempts and to deal with abuse. We do not store your raw IP address in the waitlist. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, date, page requested and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
  • Session cookie: see section 6.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or health information. Please do not send us health information.

2. Why we use it

  • To tell you when the Hyperfox store opens, based on the consent you give when you join.
  • To keep the waitlist secure, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal obligations, based on our legitimate interests in running a safe website.
  • After the store opens, to process and deliver orders you place and to respond to your requests. We will update this policy before we collect order information.

We use your information only for these purposes. We do not use it for profiling or for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

3. How we store and protect it

Waitlist data is stored on our web server in a database folder that is not reachable from the public web. Forms use a security token to guard against forged requests, and the Site is served over HTTPS. Access is limited to people at Hyperfox who need it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist records for up to 24 months from sign-up, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner. The shortened IP hash is stored on the same record and is deleted with it. After 24 months we delete the record, using a scheduled clean-up task that we run on the server, unless you have since become a customer or asked us to keep you on the list. Sign-up attempt counters used for rate limiting are deleted within 24 hours. Server logs kept by our host are deleted on the host’s normal schedule.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site (for example, our hosting provider), and only so they can do that work for us. We have not started sending email yet. When we do, we expect to use an email delivery provider and will update this policy to name the kind of provider before we send the first message. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights and safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business (the buyer would be bound by this policy).

The Site loads some code files from content delivery networks (cdn.tailwindcss.com and cdnjs.cloudflare.com). When your browser fetches these files, those providers receive your IP address and browser details as part of any normal web request. We do not send them anything else. The Site’s fonts and images are served from our own server.

6. Cookies and tracking

The Site sets one cookie: a session cookie (named hf_session) on pages that contain the waitlist form. It holds a random security token that protects the form against forged submissions and, after a plain form submission, a one-time confirmation message. It is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising, social-media or fingerprinting trackers.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: because we do not track you across websites, there is nothing for those signals to switch off. We honor them as opt-outs of any sale or sharing in any case.

7. Your choices and rights

We have not sent any email to the waitlist yet. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing [email protected]. Once we start sending launch emails, each one will include an unsubscribe instruction. To exercise any right below, email us from the address you used to sign up. We may need to confirm it is you. We will respond within 45 days, or sooner if the law requires.

  • California and other U.S. states (including CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): you may ask to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, to correct it, and to delete it, and you may opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
  • Residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom: the Site is intended for the United States and Europen Countries, but as a courtesy we also honor requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier use.
  • You may also complain to your state attorney general or other privacy regulator.

8. Email (CAN-SPAM)

  • We have not sent any email to the waitlist yet. When we do, we will send it only to people who joined the waitlist, and our messages will identify Hyperfox LLC as the sender.
  • Every marketing-type email will include our physical mailing address and a clear way to opt out.
  • We will honor opt-out requests promptly, and in any case within 10 business days. We will not charge a fee or ask for more than your email address to opt out.
  • Our subject lines and sender details will not be misleading.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, email us and we will delete the record.

10. International transfers

The Site is operated from the United States and our servers and providers are located in the U.S. If you use the Site from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those where you live.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. If we make a material change to how we use waitlist information, we will tell you by email before the change applies to your data.
